This light has worked very well it was kind of hard to attache to the tank because it had a rim but we were able to attaché it to a vase sitting next to the the tank we have ground cover in our tank it said it would take 14 days to appear and cover the floor but it only took 7 days the timer is awesome our fish know when the light changes color it’s time for bed ??The light is perfect for my 55 gallon tank and is the perfect size for it.Works amazing can get so bright! I love itIt's a little smaller than I was expecting and not super bright really, but it's perfect for my 14 gallon cube because I have some kuhli loaches in there that hate super bright lighting. I think the live plants I have in there will do well too.I’ve purchased two of these lights for my betta tanks. They are the perfect size and a great value for smaller tanks. I wanted something with full spectrum for my aquatic plants, which now seem to be thriving. I love how this light offers a range of color settings, which is perfect for getting that natural sunlight look (versus the bright blue LED look that many lights have). Super easy setup, and I love the timer function that allows me to never have to worry about remembering to turn it off or on.This light works amazing. Haven't had any problems and I love the fact that it was a timer setting.the lights are bright and vibrant. it was the perfect fit for my aquarium. the only issue is the remote is kind of picky now and then and sometimes doesn't work. but other than that, it is perfect.This light is cool if you want your tank to look like Christmas ?. But in all seriousness it has its pros and cons.Pros: It’s inexpensive. You can adjust the height and angle of the light which is really nice. It had good brightness and is “full spectrum” so it’s good for plants. The blue light brightness and the red green white lights brightness can be adjusted separately. There is a timer.Cons: It’s super flimsy and cheap feeling. When you try to adjust the height level of the light it feels like it’s going to snap in half. There aren’t nearly as many LED lights as pictured. And probably the most annoying thing… The green and red lights are oddly bright but not spread out enough for even color. So the tank literally turns red and green as you can see in my picture. I did notice that if you raise it up to its highest setting the red and green colors aren’t as bold, but then the light brightness goes way down since it’s further away.Overall… I will probably keep it because I don’t know if it’s even worth my time to try and return.
