Easy to install...a little tricky to program, but if you follow the instructions carefully it works as advertised. A simple solution to lighting some dark areas around the house.I looked locally for a timer like this but they all required a neutral wire. When a 2-story building is wired with NM cable it's not that easy to just add one. This timer worked great and fit right in the existing switch box. And the price was below the retail price at the home improvement stores.This unfortunately does not work with LED lights. When I tried to manually turn off the light it blinked on and off incessantly. I replaced the LED bulb with a regular light bulb and now it works fine but uses more electricity.Very good replacement and working like a charm.the only non-neutral timer switch that works and easy to wireit was the wrong itemWorks great.
