LM555CN Timer IC - Set of 10 Precision Timing Chips (8-Pin DIP) for DIY Electronics, Robotics & Industrial Control Circuits

Received on time.Was as described.Good value.My all time favorite for astable or monostable timer projects.The most fun to use IC on the market.You can easily make more things with less ancillary components than with any other single chip you can buy.Its robust output will interface to almost any project whether TTL, CMOSor direct to hardware.Every experimenter should have at least one.It is a great part and it works really well.There isn't much to say about these little fellas. I am new to circuit tinkerin' but these seem to be the 555's I was looking for. I made some nifty blinking LED's and haven't had any problems. Worked perfect!No problems as of yet. Used them in several circuit with all are working well. I would get them again.The description says:Set of 10 pieces LM555 LM555CN (IC TIMER) (8 pins DIP)and I received only 5 of them.These 5 were just thrown together in a ziploc bag. Many had their pins bent. Not sure how many of them will work, considering the ziploc bag generates static.Complained to Amazon, as usual Amazon was very helpful in sending a message to the seller asking why only half of he items were shipped.Waiting to hear from the seller.Will never buy from this seller again.I added these because I'm low on 555 timers. I won't use them for a while. Quick shipping and likely all will work fine. Great price. 5 stars only because I don't have any reason to expect less.Worked well. Couldn't get them locally.No complaints. They came packaged in a bag, so some of them were stuck together and a few pins were bent, but no critical failures in transit.very nice
