I got this as a replacement timer for my wildgame feeder. It connected easily and tested good. However, after a week of not hunting that feeder I came back to it to hunt and it didn't spin that evening. I checked the battery and it was good and it even did a test spin good. I left that evening thinking it was good now and came back the next evening and it didn't spin again. I tested it again and it tested good. I figured out that when you are done setting the time and feed times and duration you need to arrow back up the the "Ready" setting and press the "OK" button as if you are selecting the "Ready" icon. After this it has worked perfectly. So just keep that in mind when you are setting this timer.
