Three minutes feels like forever when you're brushing your chompers...but such is life. It does make our mouths feel cleaner and more refreshed when we do the full time, and with two in the package we have a his and hers at the ready. Worth it for sure if you wish to make sure you're cleaning your teeth as long as you need to be!Firstly, the seller was great and items were shipped quickly. The items looked great the outer aspect of the items were plastic and had very vibrant colors. We opened the package and immediately took it to the bathroom so my son could brush his teeth. He accidentally knocked it off the counter and it broke at the neck region of the inside glass hourglass and is now unusable. So unless you have older kids or help your younger ones be aware that this might not be the best option.My only complaint is that the sand regularly gets stuck and I have to tap it to get the sand flowing again.The package came with 2. One is working great, the other runs a bit and stops. You have to shake or move it then it works fine.My son loved this! Until he accidentally dropped it on the tile floor and the inside shattered ?I understand that not much survives being dropped on a tile floor, however this is something intended to be used in the bathroom by childrenI love that there are no batteries needed. Works great all of the time!We tried an electric timer but our daughter was not able to set it independently and got it all wet. She is able to independently use this timer to see how long to brush her teeth ! It can get wet and not be damaged. Has helped her be accountable for brushing her teeth the correct amount of time.Was looking to find these cheap sand timers for the kiddos and couldnt find them anyway.
