This is NOT an authorized Scotsman parts distributor: They do NOT honor warranty!The part I bought from them was Dead on Arrival. I sent an email ("contact seller") within 30 days and they ignored it. I didn't realize that they would not take any action unless I "Request Refund". I trusted that contacting the seller would elicit the correct response. So when I called the seller, they informed me that it was beyond 30 days and they didn't have to honor any warranty. I talked to Maria in parts and she said that she would have a manager contact me. needless to say, that never happened. When I called back and finally talked to the manager Julio, he conveniently hid behind Amazon. When I asked him if his company was going to ignore their obligations here by hiding behind Amazon's return policy, He said, " That's how it's done. I don't make the rules."When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said that he has no supervisor. He said that if I still had a problem, I could "email the owner". when I asked him for the name and contact info, he refused to supply it.Fit just like the old oneTimer did not cycle. I believe the timer was defective.
