Timer, as is works great. All the connection terminals are the pressure screw-down type which made wiring easy. It does come with a single extra white neutral wire, but wish it came with a hot and ground wire which is my only negative part of the review. Not a big deal if you are an electrician, but kinda sucky for a homeowner if you don't have spare electrical wire laying around in your garage. I just salvaged the wires from my old timer to make this work. The WiFi works too and was very easy to connect to my home network and Google Home without issues (Supports Alexa too, but I don't use it). The Minston app was easy to use and makes it easy to adjust the LED lighting options on the countdown timer. Sadly there is currently no support for Home Assistant, but I'm sure it there will be in the future if someone works on it. Overall very happy with this timer.
