Ultrasonic cleaner was received with defective wiring insulation (see photo). The outer electrical insulating sheath had separated from the unit. This is a safety hazard since it is located only inches from the water drain. I returned the defective unit for a refund and was charged a restocking fee!The only reason I gave them 2 stars was their shipping was prompt.
