It's working great.Like all mechanical timers, you have to pull out the mechanics and douce it with light oil. I used 3-in-one (one time) and timer gets plenty of daily use for over a year.Using these on my outdoor patio heater. Instal was easy and they work great. Best value for my higher wattage application.Only timer I could find at this voltage. But not very stylish, does not sit well in the junction box (recessed, not flush with plate).I needed a timer for my new 240V 2000W Cadet heater. This fit the bill.
