The oven arrived with broken coil. I sent it back. I put 2 stars because I got complete reimbursement.This is a fantastic toaster and I thank the day I found it. Never saw this in the local stores so lucky to run into it on Amazon. The only downside has been that there are no small size muffin trays that fit inside.We liked the design and quality so much that we bought a second one right away for our daughter. We just bought another one to send with our son for his first apartment at college.This is my first toaster oven and I love it. I knew I had to get a small one as my counter space is limited.
