TLDR - The temp/humidity gauge included with my light arrived broken. I spent around 20 seconds emailing customer service to ask about a replacement, and they instead shipped me a new order. Grow light and all! Completely painless. Can’t recommend enough.First off, the light is incredible. Super easy to use and link together. The brightness is astounding the first time you turn it on if you’re used to the cheaper USB powered lights. It also gives off very little heat.So my order included a temp/humidity meter along with the light, which sadly did not survive the shipment to my house. I emailed customer service and they got back to me almost immediately. They informed me they would be happy to make it right by replacing my entire order, light and all!I couldn’t really believe they would go that far, but shortly after I had tracking info. Today I received my replacement temp gauge and grow light, which both work flawlessly! In total, I took one photo of the broken meter,(that they didn’t even ask for) and sent three emails from start to finish. Absolutely painless, perfect customer service. These folks go above and beyond, and they have my business.Quality wise this light appears very professional, not cheapish.I haven't used the remote control or timer yet, but will update my review if that does not work well.The light gets very bright, not too hot either, but gives off enough warmth that would be beneficial for growing in a cool space. It does adjust easily.So far my pepper plants are really liking it. I transferred two plants from my aerogarden to a kratky setup, within a week I had quite a bit of growth. Very pleased.Edit on 9/10. The light is really performing well, one of the pepper plants are now growing small peppers as desired. My top of the plant is about 3 inches now to the light, there is no burn on the leaves with the light at full brightness.Edit on 10/6. Was able to harvest peppers already, and growing more. This light really works well. I have been making the mistake of running it 100% during the veg stage, kicked it back to 50% and the plants like it. That is to say this guy is bright. I do notice a temperature increase in my office (where I have it), but it isnt too much, the light does get warmish hot, but you can hold it and not burn yourself. That is something to note if you do get this. I am going to run mine at night so I can lower my office thermostat.The remote control is the way to go. Brightness is out of this worldI have been using for 3months now i decided to write a good rivew.Great price,great time function, awesome brightness also can adjust.i searched a lot and ended to buy this plant light. I want square type and auto time control. I tried to grow pepper, tomato, greens herbs and greens( lettues and mocrogreen) the result is very impressive everything is grow well very green and not saggy except herbs. I think the light is too strong for herbs? Even the light bright is 50%. I will update photos compare with other light with same plantHad a broken piece, sent me another light. Unheard of. Can’t wait to see what you guys come out with in the future but as for now please give Honorsens lights a chance and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.This light got me through the flowering phase easily, if your light is too weak you will have fluffy buds but the Honorsen 4000w gave me good solid buds.It came well packaged and even had a few freebies in the box, a clock/humidity/temp sensor, and some cloth pots! It's always nice to get a surprise extra like that.The dimming function works well, I had to turn it down to about 60% because it's so powerful and my plants are sensitive to light levels. This is a good thing, if you run it dimmed it will lower heat and increase LED lifespan/efficiency. Another option would be to hang it higher and get even more coverage.The timer function is a nice extra, I have my lights plugged into a smart plug so I didn't use it, but for someone just starting out it could save them from buying a timer.This light is a solid performer and you should get years of happy growing from it!Surprised at how good this light works for the cost. No doubt it'll work for all stages of growth. Great bang for your buck!This is a good little light for a smaller grow tent.
