It's a pretty shade of blue, and is nicely made, is about the only good things I can say about it. The light it gives is very poor. And, I KNOW it is not supposed to be bright, but I have several flameless candles the provide a very substantial flicker and glow, The is negligible, at best. I am still looking for something better. buy it for "blue"! beyond that, it's not a great choice.This candle was a challenge at first, but the final product was very good. The directions are in Japanese font..it requires "c" batteries, and the sent (unheated) is, well, old lady like. However, once I figured it out, found some "c" batteries and lit it up it was nice and the aroma is just a very light vanilla scent. All I can say to that is Sugoi (すごい ) You have done it again! Thumbs up!!I bought this because of the size and color. The timer function is perfect. There is no remote control. It only glows at the very top, the whole candle doesn't glow like some do, so it isn't very bright.I can't comment on the candle, I didn't remove the inner wrapping. I'm only commenting on the color. It's beyond kiwi or lime green, it's very yellowish and appears florescent.This candle is very orange. If you are looking for an orange candle, it's a good choice. If you're looking for red, don't buy it.I returned the two I bought...these are PINK PINK PINK...not even close to being red. Total waste of my time to purchase these only to be completely disappointed. My living room has red accents and these belong in a pink room. Trust me...they're not light redish...THESE ARE PINK!Warning, this candle is not red. It is more pink in color. Very disappointed as I was planning to use this as part of a holiday centerpiece. Not a good choice. I am not happy with the quality of the candle for the price.
