This intelligent outgoing phone block hides an electronics behind a regular phone faceplate and allows the owner to retain full control of the outgoing phone calls. It can block outgoing calls to long distance numbers (1plus) or operator calls (0plus). Add up to 40 telephone numbers or area codes to the 'allow/restrict memory' to allow or restrict dialing of numbers. Cut off timer feature will allow you to set a time limit (up to 49 minutes) per phone call (timer works on both incoming and outgoing calls). Owner by-pass code disable restrictions. Turn restrictions on/off.
