I picked this up for my daughters room and I have to say it's been quite a hit. I don't really even use the sound or blue tooth function as the stars and projections are enough for my girls. It's literally the last thing my daughter asks me to do before leaving her room after tucking her in and the remote control makes it easy to turn on.I would have to say that even at the lower brightness it's does seem pretty bright but they like that. The only other thing I wish that these companies who make these types of projectors could do is a way to change the color of the stars, Right now they are green so I really wish there was a way of having a different color. Even blue would be better but personally I wish they could be white. I'm not sure if that is even possible but if there was a way I would love to see them not green.That said it's only a personal preference and it doesn't seem to bother my kids at all. They have been using it for a while now and it still seems to be going strong. The animation of the galaxies would be nice for a party of some sort but a little too much to sleep with. They like it static and I hope it continues to last a long time.
