For lots of small running events held by schools, companies or organizations may need a much more cost effective and more portable clock. We also know that the 8" or 6" clocks designed for outdoor purpose is a kind of waste of money for such small events. Pushed by more and more customers, we developed this race timing clock. The clock is 5" high character with 6 digits, supports regular clock(support 12/24 hour display) function and countdown/up function. It can count down up to 99 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds when functions as a countdown timer; Of course when it counts up, it can count up to 99 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds as well. Besides, you can start a countdown or a count up timing at any time between 00:00:00 and 99:59:59 in hours minutes seconds.As this clock can work as a big wall clock, when you are not using it as a countdown/up timer during the events, you can also hang it to wall to watch time. But if you hang it outside, please make sure it is protected from raining or water as the case is not water proof type. On this clock, we are using a more light-weighed tripod and the size is very small. It is quite nice when you set the tripod height below 1.5 meters(around 3.3 ft). When the tripod is folded, it's only around 0.66 meter long and the weight is only around 1 kilo gram. Plus the clock weight, the total weight is around 3 kilo grams. So, you can easily carry it anywhere.(But, please do fasten the tripod legs during the running events if the wind is too heavy, don't let the wind blow it down). The digits are made by red color LEDs, which can work for 100,000 hours. The time chip has a tolerance of 2-3 minutes per year. So, it's relatively rather precise.
