?Titan are moving to a new production and storage facility in 2026 so we are clearing stock in 2025, we are offering stock at lower than cost to clear but this is sold with no batteries and only a 28 day guarantee. Otherwise the unit is new and boxed as such we just need to clear ready for our works and moving.
This is my third in about ten years. I'm ok with replacing it every few years as it withstands extreme temperatures and when's it's working, it works really well. I do keep it covered with a make-shift thingy (a big plastic flower pot screwed-in to the side of the coop in just one place so I can swing it out of the way if needed) so it doesn't get too hot. I use it with a standard-sized plastic cutting board for the door as it is the perfect weight for the opener. I like that this new model has a battery compartment that slides out for easy battery replacement. You might be wondering why I have to replace it every few years. Well, because no one makes *&^t like they used to, but also because I probably use the heck out of it. It helps to keep my birds safe. 'Nuff said.
