I am very satisified with the service I got from this provider, and the device arrived in excellent condition. However, I can't use this PB914N66 model with the manual bypass knob, in my control box which used an electronic timer that went bad. So I need instead the PB913N (without the 66).Intermatic is notorious for not supplying instructions or parts lists, so here is what I learned. To set the on-time periods on the PB914N66, you either pull up all pins during the hours desired, or pull ALL pins up then push DOWN all pins during the desired on-times. Youtube videos imply pull up those during desired ontimes but an Intermatic tech rep says push down. Also, the little knob on must be turned COUNTER-clockwise to rotate the entire timer dial to bypass either the offtime settings or the ontime settings to manually turn on or off the pump motor or other load you are trying to control, rather than a simple on-off switch. Turning it clockwise, which would be more natural, will probably break the tiny flimsy plastic shaft of the bypass knob. Also, only the tip of the tiny rubber knob sticks above the setting keys if they are pulled up, so it is very difficult to grasp the knob. And the knob is rubber and barely grasps the plastic shaft, which suggests it might distort or disintegrate and not turn the shaft after time and weather. Most of these complaints have been passed on to Intermatic. Again, this is no reflection on this Amazon parts supplier.
