I was a bit apprehensive due to the low price and mixed reviews but buying this item was a great decision. I wear an older 1970's Rolex that does not have quickset meaning to change the date is a pain so it is important to me to keep it running. Many weekends I am around the house and have no need to put on a watch. In the past I would have to roll the Rolex ahead 24 or 48 hours to get the date correct. My watch typically gains 7-10 seconds a day which is superb for a 40ish year old watch. This winder keeps my old Rolex dead on within 2-3 seconds a day. It can be on the winder for days and days at a time and almost perfect. My watch was recently serviced and timed which helps but when you wear it your movements and use use are not in a vacuum so the timing can vary from person to person. This winder however does its job perfectly and my timed Rolex is keeping almost perfect time on it. I am THRILLED!If I had any complain at all it would be that it works 3 hours on and 3 hours off and seems to have some internal clock. If you leave it plugged in and off and put the watch in it may start spinning or it may not. I would prefer it started spinning so I know all is well. This however is just my preference.Buy it!
