This timer worked exactly as advertised. The good points:1) It has an internal battery that never needs replacement2) No neutral is required3) By allowing you to enter your location's latitude, it calculates sunrise/sunset times accurately. Other astronomical timers break the US up into just 3 geographical categories - North, Central and South -resulting in inaccurate sunrise/sunset times in most locations.I didn't find anything bad about this product, but if you're thinking of purchasing it you should probably be aware that:1) The directions need to be read very carefully and followed precisely.2) The buttons and their labels are small so a magnifying glass or reading glasses may be needed during set up and programming.I'm happy with this product.
